Desde el equipo de LIGHTHOUSE, nuestra área de Data & Analytics, ayudamos a nuestros clientes a encontrar la eficiencia y el alto rendimiento en todas sus funciones TIC, tanto internas como externas hacia sus unidades de negocio y proveedores: buscando la máxima eficiencia en la operación de sus servicios y ajustando sus costes; así como incrementando su trascendencia en la cuenta de resultados y facilitando la innovación. Actualmente, estamos buscando un/a Data Strategy & Governance Senior Consultant para ampliar el equipo.

¿Qué podrás hacer?
Liderar y participar en proyectos de transformación empresarial desde una perspectiva Data Driven Gestionar equipos, planificación y seguimiento de proyectos. Dotes comerciales y liderazgo Participación en propuestas
¿Qué necesitas saber?
Perfil STEM (preferentemente teleco o informático) o en su defecto, perfil con skills tecnológicas. Tener entre 3-5 años de experiencia Experiencia participando en programa de Gobierno del dato: Definición e organización, roles, responsabilidades, políticas y procesos... Experiencia/participando en programas de transformación Data Driven: definición y priorización de iniciativas, Business case, roadmaps... Experiencia/participando en definición de modelos operativos Conocimiento de frameworks de gobierno y control DAMA, ITIL Experiencia con herramientas de visualización: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik o similares Self Service Analytics y Data Cleansing basado en SQL y/o lenguajes de programación Python Experiencia en explotación de datos en entornos informacionales: Datawarehouse / Data Lake Inglés fluido Recomendable
Certificación DAMA Conocimiento de entornos Cloud. Certificación Azure Fundamentals Certificación en alguna solución de Data Governance: suite Informactica, Collibra, IBM Knoledge Catalog... o similares Data Linage Data Quality - Definición e implementación de controles Máster Data Management
