Job Purpose
Design the strategic plan and drive our transformation to develop the commercial model of the future and deliver a meaningful and differentiated value proposition.
Main Accountabilities
- Responsible for the development and the guidance of transversal transformational projects in all project phases (definition, development, go-live, communication and post-implementation)
- Develops and coordinates transversal tactical action plans to address ad-hoc business needs in coordination with all commercial areas.
- Act as a guardian to assure a correct deployment of the commercial strategy and assures that all major commercial initiatives are aligned.
- Gather market and customer feedback and insights with external and internal research in terms of surveys, focus groups and field research.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks
- Build strong impact assessments to ease the decision making for complex problems.
- Monitor industry trends and identify new business opportunities that build towards the commercial model of the future.
- Collaborate and develop inputs for strategic company and IAG plans.
- Build strong relationships through everyday interactions and conversations.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, tourism, marketing, aviation.
- An MBA is highly valued.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment in at least one of the following fields: commercial, marketing, customer, project management, transformation, change management.
