We are seeking an East Asia Affairs Assistant to support and help the team on a daily basis, assisting top management and the entire team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth deployment of all departmental activities.
Role Mission
What your responsibilities will be
You will provide administrative support for the department including material purchase, event organization, logistics, and catering service organization. You will support business travel organization including flights, trains, hotels, and meeting rooms. You will handle travel document applications, prepare invitation letters, and provide necessary related support. You will prepare and register correspondence. You will manage document signature flow and filing. You will support service procurement. You will directly participate in events and travel if/when required.Who you are:
Proven experience in assisting C-Level Executives or a similar role Previous exposure in multicultural environments (particularly China, Japan, or Asian markets) Excellent computer skills (MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel – advanced) Spanish, Catalan, English proficiency level Chinese/Japanese knowledge will be valued Capacity to handle occasional pressure Organized and detail-oriented High sense of ownership and ethical values Strong verbal and written communication skills Discreet and confidentialWhat we offer
