Programa de prácticas pensado para que los estudiantes puedan aprender de sus primeras experiencias profesionales, donde puedan descubrir nuestra aspiración y qué nos impulsa a reimaginar la medicina.

Descripción departamento y área terapéutica:

El propósito del departamento es multiplicar el impacto y el rendimiento de NVS creando una fuerza laboral de primer nivel anticipando, desarrollando y liderando habilidades, competencias y capacidades.

Desde el departamento de Strategic Capabilities tendrás la oportunidad de relacionarte con roles de distintos departamentos y equipos multidisciplinares para acompañarlos en el proceso de incorporación, desarrollo interno y fomentar la visión estratégica de la compañía.

Nuestra área de trabajo es completa: desde onboardings a nuevas incorporaciones, hasta procesos de upskilling y formaciones orientadas a los objetivos corporativos. ¿QUÉ PERFIL ESTAMOS BUSCANDO/ REQUISITOS?

✅Graduado/a en Grado de Ciencias de la Salud (Farmacia, Biotecnología, Biomedicina, Biología, Bioquímica, Medicina, Inmunología…) o Ciencias Empresariales (ADE, Economía, Marketing…)

✅Estudiante de Máster o Doctorado relacionado con el sector o con las prácticas a desarrollar (Industria farmacéutica, Marketing farmacéutico, MBA…)

✅Disponibilidad para firmar convenio en prácticas de mínimo 6 meses. Muy valorable posibilidad de prorrogar hasta los 12 meses

✅Nivel de español e inglés alto demostrable, escrito y hablado

✅Dominio avanzado del paquete ofimático y herramientas digitales

✅Disponibilidad de incorporación a jornada completa

✅Disponibilidad de incorporación a partir de Mayo 2024, con posibilidad de atender presencialmente a las oficinas de Novartis Barcelona 

¿QUÉ FUNCIONES REALIZARÁS?

Procesos de onboarding y bienvenida a nuevas incorporaciones o promociones internas en la compañía

Colaborar en el deployment de los distintos programas globales a nivel local, de manera x-funcional.

Orientación de los equipos hacia los objetivos de la empresa y divulgación de los valores y propósitos corporativos

Análisis y seguimiento de reportes de los distintos indicadores trabajar de manera crossfuncional.

Gestionar la plataforma 3.0 de learning con el proveedor

Participar en el set up del onboarding corporativo de la compañía desde una mirada de plataformas metodológicas.

¿QUÉ OFRECEMOS?

Novartis ofrece la flexibilidad de la modalidad de trabajo mixto: combinación entre presencialidad en las oficinas de Barcelona y teletrabajo

Jornada completa en horario de prácticas flexible: de lunes a viernes, de 8:30-9:00 a 17:30-18:00 horas, según convenio de prácticas

Prácticas en empresa durante 6 meses con posibilidad de extensión a un total de 12 meses

Prácticas remuneradas: 969,39 euros brutos mensuales

Estancia en empresa incluyendo programa de formación inicial, tutorización y mentorización contínua por parte de profesionales especializados y seguimiento constante por el equipo de RRHH
