**Your work-life opportunity**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Strategic Project Manager to join our Real-Time Operations Department. As a Strategic Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating critical projects that drive operational efficiency, enhance real-time decision-making processes, and ensure seamless execution of key initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals while aligning with the department's strategic objectives.

**Be a part of a team where you will**:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables, in line with the real-time operations department's strategic goals
- Lead the execution of projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments, including supply operations, product, data analytics, to facilitate effective collaboration and information exchange
- Act as a liaison between different teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle
- Understand the organization's long-term vision and strategic priorities and ensure that projects within the real-time operations department are in alignment with these objectives
- Contribute insights and recommendations to refine project strategies based on emerging industry trends, local needs and best practices
- Establish KPIs to measure the success and impact of projects on real-time operations efficiency and effectiveness
- Regularly assess project outcomes, collect relevant data, and produce comprehensive reports to present to key stakeholders
- Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets, to maximize project outcomes
- Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal project performance

**You have**:

- 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in Project management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in real-time operations or a similar fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data to inform decision-making
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving capabilities to drive project success
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is advantageous
