Misión

Te encargarás de gestiona el mantenimiento y los desarrollos de diversas tipologías de aplicaciones utilizadas por el personal de Oficinas: Intranet, Soporte a actividad Comercial, Terminal Financiero, etc.

Responsabilidades y Funciones

Te incorporará en la unidad 6359 como Domain Manager del dossier de aplicaciones de Intranet.

El Domain Manager:

  • Responsable del control del servicio, seguimiento y desempeño del ámbito aplicativo, asegurando que las aplicaciones a su cargo cumplen los requerimientos, son eficientes en costes y funcionan correctamente en BAU.
  • Aplicar y garantiza el cumplimiento del marco de seguimiento y control que permite monitorizar el correcto desempeño del área aplicativa e identifica y lanza las iniciativas de mejora de sus aplicaciones.
  • Trabajar de forma estrecha y coordinada con los SOM y Responsable de Infraestructura para lograr un entendimiento detallado del estado de su ámbito.
¿Qué valoramos de tu candidatura?

  • Estudios universitarios en Ingeniería (Informática, Telecomunicaciones, etc.).

Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en:

  • App manager o similar en proyectos del ámbito digital, con responsabilidad sobre el desarrollo de proyectos y gestión de aplicaciones.
  • Deseable experiencia acreditada y conocimientos funcionales en herramientas colaborativas (Intranets, Office365, etc.) y de soporte comercial (simuladores de productos comerciales, cita previa, etc.).
  • Toma de requerimientos con usuarios, seguimiento de proyectos y validación de soluciones técnicas y apoyo funcional.
  • Gestión de equipos tanto interno como externos, gestión presupuestaria, gestión de dependencias y riesgos y resolución de problemas.
  • Experiencia en metodologías ágiles y tradicionales.
  • Se valora experiencia en proyectos multidisciplinares, con otras áreas de desarrollo (Canales digitales, Firma Centralizada, Gestor documental, Contabilidad, etc).
  • Experiencia funcional en tecnologías como: JIRA, HP Quality Center, HP Service Manager, Clarity, Conocimientos de arquitectura SOA (Tibco), micro-servicios y J2EE, LowCode (preferiblemente Outsystems), .NET, Oracle / SQL, Sharepoint, Javascript / Jquery.
  • Inglés B2-C1.
