Fragrance Manager Application Specialist

An exciting opportunity has just become available with a leading International Fragrance House. As a Fragrance Application Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in formulation and simulation of fragranced goods across a wide range of end-products as well as participate in research projects. You will interact and collaborate closely with internal technical teams, clients, and external partners to ensure that our fragrances meet the highest standards of performance. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to apply your expertise in formulation, fragrance raw materials and troubleshooting to drive product innovation and client satisfaction


Responsabilidades

- Develop fragrance formulations and prototypes for client presentations and product testing for various product applications, including personal care products, home care products, air-care products and fine fragrances.

- Conduct stability testing and compatibility testing to assess the performance of fragrances in different product formulations and packaging materials.

- Provide technical support to Internal teams and/or clients regarding fragrance application techniques, product formulation or troubleshooting.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market insights, and emerging technologies related to fragrance application and consumer preferences. Participate in cross-functional research projects to drive continuous improvement initiatives related to fragrance development, application processes, and quality assurance.


Requisitos

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical engineering or related field.

- Proven experience in fragrance formulation and application within the personal care, home care, air care and fine fragrance industry.

- Experience with experimental design, panel test data analysis and data presentation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience leading a team and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

- Experience participating in R&D projects (internal and funded).

- Fluent English skills both written and conversation wise.

- Strong understanding of fragrance chemistry and raw materials.
