Olesa de Montserrat, Catalunya, ES Since 2004 Fragrance Science has been developing and producing fragrances for their application in products for Home Care, Personal Care, Fine Perfumery, dealing with business partners in Spain and abroad.
We are currently looking for a highly-motivated junior professional for the role of Regulatory Affairs Specialist.The main mission of the role is about ensuring that the Company's products can be used safely by our customers through providing and maintaining properly all the documentation needed due to quality and safety standards compliance.
Role Description Monitor and constantly update the information on European and international quality standards and legislation established for the Company's activities.
Manage and enforce the compliance to ISO, GMPs, FDA, DGO regulations.Maintain, develop and issue regulatory certificates/documentation of the laboratory and production, including raw materials and final products specifications, safety specifications, IFRA specifications.
Prepare product information on raw materials and packaging components as well as on final products and provide safety assessment and quality assurance reports, considering legislative requirements of different countries.
Analyse, report on quality incidents and non-conformances. Give recommendations on various safety issues to both internal and external, scientific and non-scientific audiences.Collaborate with different departments of the Company (Purchasing, Logistics, Sales, Production, Technical Area) and provide all the necessary documentation and information on product description as needed.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.Previous experience/ internship in a related industry / tasks would appreciated.
Excellent English and Spanish.
Meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills and record keeping.
Must work well in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
