La beca se desempeñará en el equipo de Periférico Vascular. La persona que se incorpore al equipo de PVH dará soporte tanto a Marketing como a Ventas y desempeñará un papel fundamental en el apoyo a las actividades diarias. Este rol implica colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de marketing y ventas para garantizar el éxito de diversas iniciativas.


Las funciones a desempeñar correspondientes a la beca ofertada son:

• Marketing (aproximadamente el 75% del tiempo):

oApoyar el desarrollo del mercado PVH mediante la aceleración de la oferta de formación, incluyendo la organización de cursos, eventos y congresos. Esto implica tareas como la creación de listados de asistentes, gestión de contratos, elaboración de agendas, preparación de material promocional y logística de eventos.

oColaborar en la creación de un plan de comunicación externa, desarrollando contenidos para sitios web y plataformas de redes sociales.

oColaborar en la comunicación interna en el equipo, creación de newsletter trimestral interna para dar visibilidad a eventos internos y externos, así como para promocionar eventos futuros.

oAyudar en la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de los planes y campañas de marketing anuales

oAsistir en la traducción de documentos cuando sea necesario

oApoyo presencial en congresos y reuniones a nivel nacional

• Soporte administrativo a Ventas & Marketing (aproximadamente el 25% del tiempo):

oGenerar análisis e informes regulares sobre las ventas para maximizar la visibilidad de los equipos en el terreno, incluyendo el seguimiento de back orders y pedidos pendientes.

oControlar la documentación de productos, como fichas técnicas y códigos EAN.

oApoyar el seguimiento y control de acciones correctivas para clientes y distribuidores

oSupervisar contratos y gestionar inventarios.

oDesarrollar procesos administrativos internos a través de plataformas, incluyendo el registro de clientes en sistemas internos y otras tareas relacionadas.

Los Requisitos buscados son:

·Estudiante universitario o recién graduado en Marketing, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado.

·Habilidades organizativas y capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas simultáneamente

·Proactividad

·Conocimientos básicos de herramientas de diseño y gestión de redes sociales son valorados

·Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo en un entorno dinámico.

·Capacidad para analizar datos.

·Nivel medio de inglés

·Paquete office

Experiencia previa: No requerida, si experiencia previa en marketing mejor

Información adicional: 

Convenio de prácticas Duración: 12 meses (prorrogables + 6 meses) Jornada Completa Horario. flexible 7:30-10:00 a 16:00-18:30. Viernes y meses de verano jornada intensiva Presencialidad oficina: mínimo 2 días/semana Ayuda al estudio de 900€ brutos/mes + Ayuda Comida (Tarjeta Ticket Restaurant)
