FromMelt Group , we are looking for aBusiness Development Manager to join aleading recycling company inFrance . The selected person will be responsible for developing sales in the french market and managing relationships with licensees, with a strong focus on market structure, marketing strategies, and product portfolio management.
Responsibilities:- Develop relationships with key market players, growers, and professional organizations.
- Define, organize, and follow up on test plots and commercial trials.
- Create commercial showrooms in key locations with strategic partners.
- Provide technical support to commercial teams and partners.
- Conduct market intelligence activities, including competitor analysis and market share assessments.
- Analyse the business performance and propose improvements.
- At least 3 years' experience in the recycling industry
- Fluent in both English and French
- At least doing 1000t/month aluminum scrap
- Open to visit spain central office every month
- Competitive salary
