What is it like to be a Marketing Manager at DHV Technology?

As a Marketing Manager at DHV Technology, you will take full ownership of our marketing activities and develop the strategy that enhances our brand visibility worldwide. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, offering a unique opportunity to shape how DHV is perceived across the space ecosystem.

You will work directly with company leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication, effective campaigns, and a strong market presence in an industry where precision and innovation matter.

Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Manager at DHV Technology, your main responsibilities will include:

Strategy & Planning

  • Collaborate with company leadership to define and implement a marketing strategy aligned with corporate goals.
  • Design and execute an integrated marketing plan that covers both digital and traditional channels.
  • Establish processes, tools, and routines to professionalize the marketing function.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate performance and support decision-making.

Campaigns & Execution

  • Plan and lead multichannel campaigns (email, social media, SEO/SEM, paid media, PR, etc.).
  • Execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and drive qualified traffic.
  • Use analytics tools to measure performance and continuously optimize campaign results.

Content & Creativity

  • Write and optimize engaging content for blogs, landing pages, presentations, and other communication assets.
  • Create and coordinate visual materials (banners, infographics, promotional brochures) aligned with our corporate identity.
  • Manage the corporate website, ensuring up-to-date and high-impact content.

Communication & Channel Management

  • Oversee the company's social media strategy, ensuring consistency and engagement across platforms.
  • Lead external communication efforts: media relations, press releases, institutional representation, and brand messaging.
  • Support internal communication in collaboration with HR to build employee engagement and reinforce brand alignment.

Representation & Events

  • Coordinate the company's presence at key trade shows, conferences, and sector-specific events (including our own: SSSIF).
  • Prepare promotional materials and ensure consistent brand presence in all external events.
  • Build relationships with industry associations, media outlets, and key stakeholders.

Education and Requirements:

To be considered for this position, the following qualifications are required:

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Background in Business Administration, International Relations, or Event Management is a plus.
  • At least2–3 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist or Digital Marketing professional,ideally in a B2B or technology-driven environment.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience independently managing campaigns, including decision-making, reporting, and performance optimization.
  • Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and collaborate cross-functionally.
