* Design and implement robust Rust services and foundational libraries for core infrastructure
* Write reusable, testable, and efficient code optimized for scale, observability, and resilience
* Collaborate on large-scale distributed systems architecture to support global trading
* Engage with a large team of Rust engineers, upholding ownership, rigor, and craftsmanship
* Take end-to-end ownership of systems and libraries Requisitos principales
* 7+ years of software engineering experience
* Experience building and scaling shared systems and internal platforms
* Proficient in writing network services or asynchronous code in Rust
* Security-first mindset in system design
* Ability to autonomously debug issues across OS, network, and application layers
* Solid understanding of distributed systems, RPC protocols, Kafka, and Event-Driven Systems
* Collaborate effectively with product teams to gather requirements and constraints
* Take complete end-to-end ownership of systems and libraries
