We're looking for an experienced and motivated System Engineer to support the development of complex automotive systems and products. In this role, you will contribute to system definition, requirements management, architecture development, technical coordination, and product integration throughout the development lifecycle, from concept to production. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams and customers to ensure that technical requirements, system performance, safety, quality, and project objectives are successfully achieved.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead and support end-to-end system engineering activities across automotive development programs

Define, analyze, document, and manage system and customer requirements using requirements management tools

Ensure requirements traceability, consistency, completeness, and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle

Develop and maintain system architecture, interfaces, and functional concepts

Perform and support system safety, reliability, and risk analysis activities, including DFMEA and FTA

Coordinate closely with hardware, software, mechanical, validation, and other engineering disciplines to ensure successful system integration

Act as a technical interface for customers and internal stakeholders, supporting technical reviews, requirement clarifications, and issue resolution

Manage development documentation, work items, configuration, and traceability using engineering lifecycle management tools

Support Functional Safety and Cybersecurity-related engineering activities in accordance with applicable automotive standards

Participate in design reviews, technical assessments, audits, and risk management activities

Support problem-solving and root cause analysis for system-level issues

Contribute to continuous improvement of system engineering processes, methods, and development practices

What You'll Bring Along

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field

Experience in system engineering within automotive or another complex product development environment

Strong knowledge of requirements management, traceability, and system development processes

Hands-on experience with system risk and reliability analysis methods such as DFMEA and FTA

Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams

Ability to interact with customers and stakeholders in a technical environment

Experience with requirements and lifecycle management toolsGood understanding of automotive development processes and product lifecycle activities

Basic understanding of Functional Safety and Cybersecurity principles and applicable automotive standards

Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Good command of English, both written and spoken

Experience in automotive electrification, power electronics, energy management, embedded systems, or similar technical domains is nice to have

Knowledge of ISO 26262, Automotive SPICE, and automotive cybersecurity standards is nice to have

Familiarity with system integration, verification, and validation activities is nice to have
