What You'll Do
Manage the full sales cycle for the Dutch market. Handle inbound and high-volume outbound sales activities. Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings. Guide customers through free trials and convert them into paid subscriptions. Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to ensure a smooth customer journey. Salary & Commission €30,000 gross annual base salary. Monthly commission target: €600. Uncapped commission structure with performance multipliers. Quarterly Super Bonus for top performers. Clear career progression to AE2 (€35,000 base) and AE3 (€40,000 base).
Working Hours
Monday–Thursday: 09:00–18:00 Friday: 09:00–15:00 Benefits Hybrid work model after the initial on-site training in Madrid. Monthly travel expenses covered for office visits. 22 days of paid annual leave. Additional paid days off between 24–31 December. Flexible benefits package. Employee referral bonus program.
