Rijk Zwaan Ibérica invites applications for Team Leader Breeding Melon at the Almería site. Lead a 5-person team within the Melon breeding department, coordinating breeding goals and collaborating with international R&D and operations colleagues. You will shape strategies, manage projects, and drive adoption of new breeding technologies while traveling 4–6 times a year. Permanent contract and on-site role with a strong focus on people and innovation.
