Your Role Most Business Analyst roles are built around decks — you analyze, you recommend, someone else decides, someone else executes.

This role is built differently: we're hiring an Analyst who does more than produce the recommendation. You'll frame the problem, build the model, pressure-test your own conclusions, and take the result directly to the people who'll act on it — with as few layers as possible.

You’ll work directly with our founders and Executive team on a product already used by more than 50 million people. At this scale, a single sharp insight — a pricing lever, a churn pattern, a broken funnel — can move numbers that would take a much larger company months to shift.

If your instinct was always to wonder what happened after the deck was presented, this is your chance to find out.

Your Responsibilities This is a hybrid role: part analyst, part operator.

Some weeks you'll be modeling a pricing decision; others you'll be in the day-to-day of the business — unblocking processes, coordinating across teams, and making sure things actually get done.

Here’s what it actually looks like:

Own analyses end-to-end:

frame the problem, gather and model the data, pressure-test your own conclusions, and present recommendations directly to leadership

Turn ambiguity into action:

when the question is broad and undefined — a new market, a new product bet, a process that's quietly broken — structure it yourself, decide what data would prove or disprove your hypothesis, and drive the analysis without waiting to be handed a scoped brief

Build the tools that inform real decisions:

business cases, financial models, forecasts, and KPI dashboards that our founders and execs actually use to decide what happens next

Improve how the business runs:

spot the operational bottleneck nobody's named yet, design the better process, and help drive it into place across teams

Run special projects that matter:

coordinate stakeholders, keep initiatives moving from kickoff to delivery, and prepare the strategy documents, performance reviews, and investment memos that shape where the company goes next

Communicate like it counts:

distill your analysis into the one slide that changes someone's mind — lead with the answer, back it with evidence

Your Qualifications

You hold a Bachelor's degree

in business, economics, engineering, or a related quantitative field

You've done real consulting:

2–4 years at a Big4 or equivalent top-tier consulting firm, in a Strategy or Operations practice

You've actually built the model, not just reviewed one:

you can open a blank sheet and build a financial model, a business case, or an analysis from scratch in

Excel at an advanced level

— pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, sensitivity tables, complex formulas are second nature — and turn it into a

clean, executive-ready PowerPoint deck

You think in hypotheses, not hunches:

given an ambiguous problem, you can lay
