The team operates in a collaborative, flexible, and customer‑focused environment, supporting projects from implementation through steady‑state operations. The roleAs a Technical Consultant, you will deliver Global Delivery Services to Hitachi Vantara customers in line with defined Statements of Work. Working closely with Project Managers, internal teams, customers, and partners, you will provide clear status updates, high‑quality deliverables, and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. You will also contribute to project reviews, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and build strong customer confidence in Hitachi Vantara’s service delivery capabilities.
What you’ll bringProven experience in technical consultancy and service deliveryStrong expertise in storage solutions, particularly in mainframe environments; open systems experience is a plusAbility to translate high‑level designs into detailed technical solutionsExcellent stakeholder and customer management skillsStrong problem‑solving ability with a proactive, accountable mindsetConfidence communicating complex technical concepts clearlyFluency in English and SpanishAbility to work independently and collaboratively within global teamsWillingness to travel and work flexiblyCommitment to continuous learning and professional development#LI-JS2About usWe’re a global team of innovators.
