Business Consulting Manager

This is a highly visible international role offering exposure to financial planning, reporting, governance, and business partnering across two countries. Act as a trusted finance business partner for the Power Consulting teams in the UK and Spain. Support strategic decision making through financial analysis and business insights. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and long-term business plans. Monitor business performance and identify risks, opportunities, and improvement actions. Deliver accurate monthly reporting, financial analysis, and performance reviews. Drive strong financial governance, compliance, and internal controls. Support audits, risk management activities, and balance sheet reviews. Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, standardization, and data quality. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. ~3-7 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, accounting, or business finance. ~ Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP. ~ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. ~ For this role, depending on grade and experience,
