Strategy Consultant

Mercedes-Benz Tech Spain is looking for a Senior Strategy Consultant to play a key role in defining and executing strategic initiatives that support the growth and evolution of our organization. In this position, you will work closely with senior leadership, lead high-impact work streams, and contribute to strategic decision-making across the business.

You will have the opportunity to influence corporate strategy, drive digital transformation initiatives, collaborate with international stakeholders, and support organizational development through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.

🚀 What You Will Do

Corporate Strategy & Transformation

• Lead strategic work streams related to the corporate strategy and digital transformation agenda of Mercedes-Benz Tech Spain and Home of Tech.
• Drive strategic initiatives from concept definition through execution and implementation.
• Develop decision papers and recommendations for senior management and executive stakeholders.

Analysis & Strategic Planning

• Conduct market, competitor, and cross-industry analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and strategic priorities.
• Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations and innovative solution concepts.
• Support business growth through structured analysis and strategic thinking.

Project Management & Consulting

• Manage strategic projects end-to-end, from project scoping and planning to implementation and follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with Business Streams and Home of Tech Hubs to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor progress and help align initiatives with business objectives.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Prepare clear, concise, and impactful presentations for senior leadership.
• Transform complex topics into executive-ready materials and decision proposals.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across international and cross-functional teams.

Workshops & Organizational Development

• Design and facilitate workshops involving multidisciplinary and international teams.
• Support change management initiatives and organizational improvement projects.
• Define and monitor impact metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.

Team Collaboration & Mentoring

• Provide functional guidance and mentoring within assigned work streams.
• Support knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams.

✅ What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field with a strong analytical focus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Business Transformation, or a similar environment.
• Proven experience leading work streams, projects, or small teams.
• Strong knowledge of strategy development, strategy execution, organizational development, and business process improvement.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and translate them into business recommendations.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in international environments.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
