Key Responsibilities
* Deliver premium-level support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
* Resolve complex inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within the Customer Support Services industry.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client products and services to provide accurate and efficient assistance.
* Document all customer interactions accurately within the internal CRM system.
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify and elevate critical issues, contributing to process improvements.
* Uphold the highest quality standards expected of a German Speaking Customer Service Agent position in Bulgaria.
* Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs as defined by management.
* Native or fluent German (spoken and written).
* Valid EU passport (mandatory).
* Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to professional customer care.
* Ability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria, for this key Customer Support Services role.
* Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a high-paced, professional environment.
