* Experience in research management (0.5 points per year, maximum 3 points)
* Previous experience in research management in Oncology (0.5 points per year, maximum 2 points)
* MBA or postgraduate course in management (maximum 1 point)

* Based on the points obtained in the merits evaluation, at least the top three candidates will be selected for a personal interview where communication skills, work aptitude, and abilities will be assessed, with a maximum of 3 points. Only candidates who score at least 50% of the evaluable merits will be eligible for the interview phase. xqysrnh
* After the position is awarded, if the selected candidate declines the contract, the hiring committee may decide to choose the next candidate according to the scoring list.
