* Design and implement new features for Logstash and its plugins (Java and JRuby)
* Develop and operate core backend services for the Streams program in Golang
* Contribute to the OpenTelemetry Collector in Golang
* Solve distributed systems problems at scale
* Maintain and improve existing code and test coverage
* Engage with public GitHub repositories and community forums
* Provide Pull Request reviews and guidance to peers
* Collaborate with other teams to drive product goals
* Participate in on-call rotations to support customers Requisitos principales
* Proficient in a remote, distributed work environment with strong communication
* Analytical and debugging skills; ability to find efficient solutions
* Critical thinking, autonomy, adaptability and positivity
* Expertise in at least one of Java, Golang, or Ruby; willingness to learn others
* Clear written communication; ability to work in a distributed team
* Track record of using AI to accelerate development and optimize code while owning outcomes
