Job Description
Are you ready to embark on your career journey in the dynamic field of exploring premium customer flights to the best destinations across the globe? For our client
- SAS Airlines, we are seeking a motivated and aspiring person who would handle all questions and support direct customers that have their trips organized by the carrier. No prior experience is necessary, just a genuine interest and a helpful and collaborative nature Your

Responsibilities:
* Be the 1st point of contact for premium travel inquiries of customers.
* Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
* Support customers with travel difficulties.
* Assist passengers via calls /chat.
* Foster enduring relationships with customers for building trust. Our

requirements:
* Fluent in written and spoken Swedish (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
* Naturally helpful and collaborative spirit.
* Enthusiastic, patient, and open-minded.
* Active listener and able to communicate clearly and with ease.
* Sharp eye for accuracy and precision.
* Highly organized.
* Available to work from our office in Warsaw.
