* Own the architecture and delivery of customer-facing Rust backend services for trading, payments, and crypto experiences
* Break down ambiguous, multi-quarter problems into shippable work and coordinate parallel effort
* Deliver features end-to-end beyond API/backend boundaries, impacting frontend and product problems
* Partner with product leadership to shape roadmap and outcomes, influencing what gets built
* Drive cross-team initiatives across trading infrastructure, platform, and other product teams
* Mentor mid-level engineers, review designs, unblock peers, and establish patterns and standards
* Champion AI-assisted engineering, defining good AI practices and applying AI to coding and validation Requisitos principales
* 6+ years backend engineering experience with deep Rust proficiency
* Proven track record owning systems and making architectural decisions in production
* Product-focused engineering mindset with understanding of customer experience and product metrics
* Experience mentoring, design reviews, and setting engineering standards
* Experience leading work that spans teams or organizations
* AI-first development approach and willingness to incorporate AI into workflows
* Ownership mindset with collaborative, boundary-spanning approach
