What are we looking for Senior leadership in large‐scale software factory environments (~150 people): full ownership of delivery, organization, and technical strategy across multiple practices (Java,. NET, Data, AI). P&L ownership and business performance: responsibility for revenue, margins, cost control and forecasting, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability of the software factory. People leadership & organizational development: management of multidisciplinary teams (engineering, architecture, QA, Dev Ops), including hiring, mentoring, performance management and scaling capabilities. International project delivery & client management: oversight of complex global programs, acting as executive point of contact for key clients and ensuring high‐quality delivery across geographies. Technology & delivery strategy: definition of delivery models, architecture standards and best practices across cloud‐native development, modern architectures and data/AI solutions. Stakeholder & sales alignment (incl. presales): close collaboration with commercial teams, supporting presales, shaping proposals and ensuring alignment between business goals and delivery execution.
