Otis Mobility is seeking a Total Rewards Lead for Iberia, Africa and the Middle East to shape compensation and benefits strategy across regions.
You will partner with HR and senior leaders to align programs with equity and market competitiveness, manage annual cycles, and drive global CoE initiatives.You will oversee job grading, benchmarking, vendor relationships and mobility policy compliance while delivering analytics, trainings and projects in a dynamic international environment.
