This is a full-cycle sales position where you'll manage the customer journey from the initial contact through client meetings, product demonstrations, free-trial management and ultimately closing new subscriptions .
If you're comfortable with cold calling, ambitious sales targets and a performance-driven environment, this is an opportunity to build your sales career with strong earning and progression potential.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription closeQualify prospects and identify their business needsAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsMaintain accurate CRM and pipeline activityEnsure a smooth handover to the Customer Experience teamYour commission increases based on performance:~ Clear internal progression based on performance:Account Executive 1: €30,000 baseAccount Executive 2: €35,000 baseAccount Executive 3: €40,000 baseHybrid ModelFirst 4 weeks fully on-site in Madrid for onboarding and training50% hybrid, available once at least 70% of target is achievedRequired travel expenses covered by the companyMonday–Thursday: 09:*:00Czech speaker~ Native or bilingual English~ 1–6 years of solid commercial/sales experience~ xqysrnh Experience in Account Executive, BDR, SDR, outbound sales, cold calling, call centre sales, lead generation or business development~ Strong sales and closing mindset~ Comfortable working with performance metrics~ Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environmentWe are not prioritizing pure Customer Support/CX profiles without sales experience, career changers transitioning into sales, or significantly overqualified senior candidates.
