We're hiring for our client, a fast-growing company working with tech and e-commerce brands & they're looking for someone who's not just "good with customers"... but who actually cares.
ResponsibilitiesHelp customers with everything from product onboarding to troubleshooting tech issuesGuide users through software, hardware & IoT setupsSolve tricky casesCommunicate via phone & email (mostly inbound)Document cases and keep things structuredYou'll be happy in this role if you:Actually enjoy helping peopleCan stay calm when things get messyLike figuring things outPrefer a smaller, close-knit team over a huge corporate setupWant stabilityFluent in Norwegian (written & spoken)Good level of English (internal language)Around 1+ year experience in customer service/supportAlready xqbhyrx based in Malaga (or very close)Comfortable with tech (you don't need to be an expert, but not afraid of it either)Base salary + possibility to earn monthly performance bonusesHybrid setupHelp with NIE number if neededA stable role in a growing company#J-*-Ljbffr
