Employer: Our client, a customer service company in MálagaLocation: Málaga, Spain (on-site)Employment: Full-time, permanentStart date: ASAPAbout the roleWould you like to live in Málaga and work in customer service in Norwegian? Our client is looking for Norwegian-speaking agents to join its Flex Team. The team steps in wherever support is needed most across several projects. You won't be tied to a single project. Your days will vary, and you'll get to know a range of products and industries.
Projects you may work on include:Smartwatches for children: support for a smartwatch and mobile service brandEV charging: helping customers with charging boxes, charging, apps and troubleshootingOther Nordic projects as needs changeResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries by phone, email and chatTroubleshoot and resolve technical and administrative issuesDocument cases and follow up with customersSwitch between projects as the team needs and get up to speed quickly on new productsHelp keep customer satisfaction and service quality highWhat we're looking forFluent Norwegian, spoken and writtenGood English skillsFlexibility and a willingness to work varying hours, e.g. days, evenings and some weekends as scheduledA quick learner who enjoys switching between tasks and projectsA solution-oriented, service-minded person who stays calm under pressureComfortable with computers. An interest in technology is a plus.
Customer service experience is an advantage but not requiredKnowledge of Norwegian is considered an advantage.
