Xylem is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive WSS vertical expansion across Europe, focusing on Industrial and Municipal markets.
You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, grow channels, and identify new opportunities while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.The role requires strong market analysis, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to travel up to 50% across Europe to support regional growth and customer engagements.
