Madrid, Spain 💻 Remote 🕒 Full-Time 📄 Permanent Position Are you ready to build international partnerships and drive business growth across global markets? We are looking for an ambitious and experienced International Business Manager to join our international team. This fully remote position is designed for professionals who thrive in global business environments and enjoy creating long-term value through strategic partnerships and international market development. ## Your Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Research global markets and identify new growth opportunities.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and partnership agreements.
• Negotiate with international clients and manage business development activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support international operations.
• Monitor market trends and recommend strategies for sustainable growth.
• Represent the company professionally in virtual meetings and international communications. ## Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum five years of experience in international business, export, sales, or business development.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Spanish language proficiency is considered a valuable advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and international commercial practices.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment. ##
