• You are responsible for the overall architecture, delivery, reliability, and operations of our Platform Services offerings, ensuring strong system designs and continuous operational excellence.
• You know your way around code
- can conduct code reviews, thereby ensuring that the code meets our requirements regarding scalability, maintainability, and correctness.
• You have a comprehensive understanding of your customers' needs, are responsible for the technical vision of the product, and are significantly involved in the roadmap.
Your Profile
• You practice modern, servant-leadership, fostering a psychological safety culture, continuous learning, and active mentorship to empower team members.
• You have the necessary skills to always maintain an overview, even in a fast-paced, complex environment. Even with various, competing priorities, you keep an eye on the big picture and manage to deliver the best possible results.
• You bring extensive software engineering experience with a broad generalist understanding of cloud-native systems, modern distributed architectures, and software design principles.
• You possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• You have a proven track record in designing, scaling, and operating core cloud platform services with a focus on developer experience and reliability.
• A strong team spirit and the ability to communicate effectively across functions are natural for you.
• You are business fluent in English (German is a strong plus).
