CC La Cañada, Ctra Ojen S/N 20 hours per week, from Monday to Saturday. minimum of two consecutive days off, in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement. Spanish, Native. What you can expect: Deliver exceptional customer service and consistently exceed customer expectations at every sales opportunity. Maximise every sales opportunity to achieve individual and store targets while driving key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify customer needs and confidently answer all product-related enquiries, including pricing, features, benefits, availability, and the use of HUGO BOSS products. Ensure all customer orders, requests, and alterations are handled efficiently and completed in a timely manner. Utilise in-depth product knowledge to provide expert recommendations, engage customers, and maximise sales opportunities through effective selling techniques. Capture customer data at every opportunity to support the growth of the HUGO BOSS customer database, encourage repeat business, and strengthen customer loyalty.

Your profile
Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within the premium or luxury fashion industry. Flexible and adaptable to change. Excellent personal presentation and strong brand ambassador mindset. Strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach. Fluent in English level. Additional language skills are highly valued. Your
