SOFTWARE OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE LEAD

· Hybrid At Indra Group, Tech for the future, we lead the development of cutting‑edge technological solutions that transform mobility, public services and critical infrastructures. 💻 Join our software operations and reliability team We are looking to strengthen our team with a Software Operations & Maintenance Lead, responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, stability and continuous improvement of key software systems in mission‑critical environments. 💡 WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Supervise the day‑to‑day operation of software systems to ensure availability, performance, and correct functionality.
* Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, detecting issues, analysing root causes, and anticipating potential failures.
* Manage and implement updates, patches and enhancements, guaranteeing minimal service impact.
* Handle, analyse and resolve user‑reported incidents, coordinating and escalating when necessary.
* Monitor systems using tools such as Zabbix, OpenSearch or Dynatrace to detect anomalies and prevent service degradation.
* Optimize application and database performance (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL).
* Drive operational improvements and automate recurring maintenance tasks (CI/CD, scripting, etc.).
* Track and report operational KPIs, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
* Collaborate within Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and participate in full software lifecycle processes. 🎯 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of the requirements — we’d still love to get to know you and see what you can bring 🚀 ✅ MUST‑HAVE:
* 3–5 years of experience in software operations and maintenance.
* Basic to intermediate knowledge of AWS and cloud environments.
* Strong command of Java / Spring Boot and understanding of microservices architecture.
* Experience managing and optimizing databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL).
* Hands‑on experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Dynatrace, OpenSearch).
* Skills in automation, scripting and CI/CD pipelines.
* Knowledge of Git and modern development environments.
* Experience working with Scrum and/or Kanban.
* High level of English (minimum B2). 🌟 NICE TO HAVE:
* Experience or certification in ITIL / Service Management.
* Familiarity with corporate tools: Remedy ITSM, IBM Maximo, Jira.
* Functional knowledge in mobility, maintenance, ticketing or EMV‑based systems.
* Experience in operational analysis, reporting and continuous improvement. 🤝
