Strategy Manager M&A

We are looking for a motivated M&A Analyst to join our Corporate Development team. The successful candidate will support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and strategic investment opportunities across different industries. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will contribute to target identification, financial analysis, valuation exercises, due diligence processes and transaction execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Support M&A transactions throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Perform financial modelling, company valuations and market analysis.
• Conduct commercial, operational and financial due diligence.
• Prepare investment memorandums, presentations and executive materials.
• Analyse industry trends, competitors and potential acquisition targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors during transactions.
• Monitor transaction progress and support post-merger integration activities. Requirements
• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Investment Banking or Private Equity.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working on buy-side and/or sell-side transactions.
• Knowledge of valuation methodologies (DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions).
• Ability to work in fast-paced and international environments.
