At China Three Gorges Europe we are looking for an Account Intern to join the Invoice Team of our Supply Chain Department and support our mission of powering the world with renewable energy. In this role, you will learn and assist in different tasks: Invoice Registration : Logging and tracking of invoices in ARIBA and Share Point. Invoice Processing & Documentation Support : End-to-end management of invoice workflows, including collection and validation of supporting documentation.
Land Lease Payments : Calculation of lease amounts and submission of invoices to landowners. Supplier Registration: Onboarding and maintenance of supplier records in SAP plattform Annual CPI Adjustment: Calculation and application of annual Consumer Price Index updates to applicable contracts
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant discipline.
Other Valuable
Requirements:
English Advanced level (equivalent to C1-C2) Spanish Advanced level (equivalent C1-C2/Native) Proficient command of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook).
