As of today, Bybit is one of the most trusted, reliable, and transparent cryptocurrency derivatives platforms in the space.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and internationally minded Regional Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of Bybit's payments ecosystem across Russia, CIS, and emerging global corridors. This role will focus on merchant acquisition, local payment partnerships, PSP integrations, and strategic growth initiatives for Bybit Pay, Card, and Fiat channels.The ideal candidate has deep experience in payments, fintech, or crypto, strong local market understanding, and a proven track record of driving regional growth.Key Responsibilities:- Lead market expansion for Bybit Pay across Spain, EU and surrounding regions, building and owning the full growth pipeline.- Acquire and manage merchants, PSPs, payment gateways, fintech partners, Web3 projects, community leaders, and other growth channels.- Drive the end-to-end BD cycle: market mapping, lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and partnership execution.- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Card, Fiat Channels, Compliance, Payments Ops, Marketing) to activate and scale payment use cases.- Develop regional GTM strategies and identify high-potential payment corridors for crypto-to-fiat and fiat-to-crypto flows.- Support cross-border payment products, including settlement channels, payout solutions, and merchant integrations.- Provide market intelligence, partner feedback, and competitive analysis to optimize product direction.- Represent Bybit in industry events, conferences, and ecosystem partnerships.Requirements:- 3–7+ years of experience in payments / fintech / PSP / acquiring / merchant growth / crypto BD.- Long-term overseas work or study experience (must-have).- Strong understanding of local payment rails, fiat/crypto conversion flows, card programs, and merchant needs.- Demonstrated success in driving regional growth or launching payment products in multiple markets.- Ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.- Native local language proficiency + strong English communication skills.- Network across fintech, Web3, PSPs, acquirers, or merchant ecosystems is highly preferred.Preferred Qualifications- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for payments and cross-border movement.- Background working in global remote teams.- Prior experience with crypto exchanges, payment gateways, or card programs.What We Offer- Competitive compensation with performance-driven incentives.- The opportunity to build the next-generation global crypto payment ecosystem.- Cross-functional collaboration with high-performing global teams. xsgfvud- Fast growth path with high ownership and strategic influence.
