About SU SU is a brand of STAAH --- a global leader in booking engines and channel management solutions serving 35,000+ properties worldwide. We empower Property Management Systems (PMS), Vacation Rental platforms (VRMS), and Central Reservation Systems (CRS) with best-in-class white-label connectivity solutions, enabling seamless integration with major OTAs including Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia.

In December 2024, SU joined The Access Group --- a leading business software company with 9,300+ employees --- accelerating our expansion and innovation capacity. This is a high-growth environment with the stability and resources of a global organisation behind it.

The Role You'll be the first point of contact for hospitality technology companies exploring SU's integration solutions --- handling both inbound leads and targeted outbound prospecting to book product demos and run qualification discovery calls for our Account Executive team.

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Research and identify potential partners (PMS, VRMS, hotel tech providers) via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases, and events --- a database is readily available.

Execute targeted outbound campaigns: cold calling, personalised email sequences, and social selling.

Qualify and nurture inbound leads generated by marketing.

Maintain a robust pipeline in Salesforce CRM.

Qualification & Discovery

Run discovery conversations to understand OTA connectivity challenges, tech stack, and business objectives.

Assess fit based on technical compatibility, market segment, and growth potential.

Articulate SU's value proposition tailored to each prospect's specific pain points.

Book qualified demos for the Account Executive team --- this is your primary success metric.

Product & Market Expertise

Build solid knowledge of SU's white-label API solutions and channel manager technology.

Stay current on OTA requirements, hospitality tech trends, and partner ecosystems.

Understand the distinct needs of hotels, vacation rentals, and serviced apartments.

Collaboration & Process

Partner with Account Executives for seamless handoffs with full qualification context.

Feed insights back to marketing on campaign effectiveness and messaging.

Keep Salesforce activity and opportunity data accurate and up to date.

Join weekly pipeline reviews and strategic planning sessions.

Consistently hitting monthly quotas for qualified demos booked and pipeline generated.

A typical ramp period of 30 days --- supported by structured onboarding and mentorship.

Proactively refining outreach strategies based on data and feedback, not just volume.

Resilient and adaptable --- thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Team-oriented with a willingness to collaborate and share knowledge.

Previous SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience --- particularly in SaaS, hospitality tech, or B2B technology.

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Additional languages a strong advantage: French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese ...

Familiarity with the hospitality industry or property management technology.
