Job Description: Associate Full Stack Developer (Graduate)

Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience)

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Candidates who have graduated within the last three (3) years are encouraged to apply.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Up to two (2) years of relevant experience, including internships, capstone projects, research projects, bootcamps, open-source contributions, or professional work experience

Essential skills and experience include:

  • Software engineering fundamentals including programming, debugging, testing, and version control.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with Angular, React, or other modern frontend frameworks.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, databases, and web application development concepts.
  • Basic understanding of Git and collaborative development practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong interest in cloud-native application development and Microsoft Azure technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to receive coaching and mentorship.

Additional experience that would be advantageous:

  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure cloud services.
  • Exposure to Azure DevOps and CI/CD concepts.
  • Exposure to Angular, TypeScript, or Node.Js development.
  • Familiarity with Cosmos DB, Redis, Service Bus, APIM, or related technologies.
  • Exposure to cloud-native architectures, event-driven systems, or workflow technologies.
  • Experience gained through academic projects, hackathons, internships, or open-source contributions
