Contract type:Aumente sus posibilidades de conseguir una entrevista leyendo la siguiente descripción general de este puesto antes de presentar su candidatura.Permanent contractStart date:As soon as possibleLocation:At customer sites and with sales representatives alongside our factoriesReporting to the CEO, working closely with the teams, as a sales strategist and developer of new niche areas, your main responsibilities will be:Your responsibilities:Oversee the Group's commercial policy by setting overall and individual targets to maximise factory capacity and adapting it as necessaryEnsure that sales targets are met in each area of responsibility (geographical, customer base, product, range, service, etc.)Capture growing niche markets and implement a prescription policy.Analyse existing markets, the competition and the economic climate for products developed by the factories.Negotiate contracts and monitor their implementation.Work with the Purchasing Department to co-manage supplier/customer relations.Work with factory operations managers to ensure customer satisfaction in terms of deadlines, quality and close relationshipsWork with support functions to support the growth of the multidisciplinary sales teams' skills and act as a strong link between customers and factoriesWork with the Finance Department to ensure that margins, collections and sales indicators reflect the Group's international xohynlm sales performanceYour profile:Manager of international sales teamsMarketing and prospecting techniquesKnowledge of electrical engineeringOffice and CRM IT toolsNegotiation and argumentation skillsStrong taste for challenge and competitionGood written and oral communication skillsBilingual in English (professional level); other languages would be a significant plus in our international Group
