Are you a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the payments landscape and a passion for driving growth through innovation and partnerships?Si le interesa solicitar este empleo, por favor, asegúrese de cumplir los siguientes requisitos que se enumeran a continuación.At LaFinteca , we’re seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead our commercial strategy, build and mentor a high-performing sales team, and drive expansion across global markets.Join us and play a key role in shaping the next chapter of LaFinteca’s success story in the world of payment services.As the Sales Director, you will:Define and implement LaFinteca’s overall sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets and expand market share in the PSP and fintech sectors .Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team, setting clear objectives and ensuring consistent performance and professional development.Build and nurture high-value relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders across Latin America , Europe, and other strategic regions.Identify new market opportunities, develop go-to-market plans, and oversee strategic partnerships that enhance LaFinteca’s product reach and revenue potential.Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align sales initiatives with company goals and client needs.Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accurate performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.Represent LaFinteca at international industry events, conferences, and forums to strengthen brand visibility and establish new business relationships.Your profileProven experience in sales leadership, business development, or commercial strategy within the PSP, fintech, or payment processing industry.Strong understanding of payment technologies, merchant services, e-commerce platforms, and the iGaming or fintech ecosystems.Demonstrated success in building and leading sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior executive levels.Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions. xsgfvud Fluent in English ; Portuguese and Spanish are highly valued.Join the LaFinteca teamFor all career-related questions, you can contact our manager:We will try to answer you as soon as possible#J-18808-Ljbffr
