Collaborate with product and customer success teams, providing market insights. Lead by example to foster a high-performance culture. Qualifications 3+ years in a senior B2B sales leadership role within the UK market. Experience in scaling sales and revenue growth, with knowledge of UK business environments. Strong network within technology and consultancy sectors; sponsorship sales experience is a plus. Business acumen with expertise in sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting.
