This role involves driving sales growth, leading a team, and collaborating across functions to expand our presence and impact in the UK. Responsibilities Drive UK market sales growth through direct efforts and leadership. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring retention and growth. Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales managers to exceed targets. Monitor KPIs and sales results, reporting to senior leadership. Collaborate with product and customer success teams, providing market insights. Lead by example to foster a high-performance culture. Qualifications 3+ years in a senior B2B sales leadership role within the UK market. Experience in scaling sales and revenue growth, with knowledge of UK business environments. Strong network within technology and consultancy sectors; sponsorship sales experience is a plus. Business acumen with expertise in sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting.
