Head of Sales – Digital Engagement & Loyalty Solutions Madrid (Modelo híbrido) 50.000 € fijos + variable del 30 % Proyección real a Dirección Comercial Jornada completa | Contrato indefinido Descripción del puesto Buscamos un Head of Sales para liderar el crecimiento comercial de una plataforma innovadora de Engagement, Loyalty y Brand Partnerships. Será la persona encargada de abrir mercado en grandes corporaciones y posicionar la solución como referente en fidelización y activación digital. El rol reporta directamente al CEO y ofrece una clara proyección hacia Dirección Comercial . Responsabilidades Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial. Prospectar y abrir nuevas cuentas en grandes empresas (retail, banca, seguros, telco, travel, automoción, gran consumo). Gestionar el ciclo completo de venta consultiva: discovery, propuesta, presentación y negociación. Desarrollar propuestas integrando tecnología + activaciones digitales + partnerships.️ Construir los cimientos del área comercial: procesos, pipeline, CRM, reporting y materiales de venta. Colaboración estrecha con producto, marketing y operaciones. Representar a la compañía en reuniones estratégicas y eventos. Reportar directamente al CEO aportando insights y visión de mercado. Requisitos Experiencia: 5–10 años en ventas B2B o desarrollo de negocio.️ Experiencia vendiendo soluciones tecnológicas, Martech, CRM, Loyalty o servicios digitales. Experiencia en procesos de venta largos y complejos con interlocución C-Level. Acostumbrado a negociar modelos setup + fee recurrente.Competencias: Perfil hunter con capacidad de abrir puertas. Excelente comunicación, storytelling y negociación. Habilidad en venta consultiva y value selling. Perfil autónomo, emprendedor y orientado a resultados. Inglés fluido (C1). Muy valorable: cartera de clientes propia. Valorable: conocimientos en herramientas de IA.Herramientas: CRM (idealmente Salesforce). Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha u otras herramientas de prospección. PowerPoint/Keynote, Canva Pro, Google Workspace/Office. Cultura y encajeProactividad, autonomía y espíritu de construcción.Mentalidad flexible, innovadora y orientada a resultados.Ambición para crecer hacia una futura Dirección Comercial.
