This role requires a strategic thinker with hands‑on leadership experience, deep knowledge of sales operations and CRM processes, and a strong analytical mindset. Key Responsibilities Design and execute data‑driven sales strategies aligned with business growth goals. Own the CRM pipeline setup and discipline: stage definition, conversion timing, and follow‑up monitoring. Set up workflows for inbound, outbound, and repeat customers. Manage and develop a sales team (structure, hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, mentoring). Conduct regular 1:1 and team meetings focused on pipeline health, peer learning, and skill development. Performance & Forecasting Define and track individual and team KPIs. Build and maintain daily/weekly dashboards, tactical reports, and strategic updates for leaders. Manage forecasting cycles: methodology, quota setting, accuracy reporting, root‑cause analysis. React to performance drops by preparing actionable insight reports with recommendations. Team Leadership & Development Promote a high‑performance, high‑engagement culture in a remote environment. Conduct regular 1:1 and team meetings focused on pipeline health, peer learning, and skill development. What We’re Looking For Required Experience 7–10 years in sales, including at least 3 years in a team‑leadership or Head of Sales position. Proven success in B2B and B2C sales (experience across industries is an asset). CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent). Experience managing remote or hybrid teams and onboarding new hires in a performance‑driven culture. Track record of managing forecasting accuracy and driving pipeline consistency. Required Skills Strong command of CRM pipeline management and reporting. Ability to define, track and act on KPIs across multiple timeframes (monthly, quarterly, annual). Structured coaching and performance‑improvement processes (especially for underperforming reps). High fluency in English (C1+), strong written and verbal communication.
