With a growing international presence, we are looking to strengthen our team with aKey Account Manager for the German market, based in Barcelona.Position OverviewAs a B2B Key Account Manager (KAM) for the German market, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key retail partners and distributors. Your goal will be to drive sales growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and expand our presence in the DACH region.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the German market.Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue new accounts.Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior in the gift sector.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless execution.Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.Represent the company at international trade fairs and customer meetings when required.RequirementsBachelors degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.3-5 years of proven experience as Key Account Manager or Sales Manager, preferably in the gift, lifestyle, or fashion industry.Native or near-native level of German ; fluency in English is mandatory.
