Our client is a leading multi-brand technology solutions provider serving business, government, education, and healthcare customers in several international markets. The project involves supporting and enhancing a mature Salesforce and Certinia PSA ecosystem used by distributed teams across the United States and Canada.
The platform supports professional services operations and integrates with multiple upstream and downstream enterprise systems. The technology landscape includes Salesforce, Certinia PSA, Certinia CPQ, Apex, REST APIs, Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and databases.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of application development experience.
- 2+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Certinia PSA, formerly FinancialForce PSA.
- Good understanding of the end-to-end Certinia PSA process and data model.
- Strong Apex development skills.
- Knowledge of Lightning and Lightning Web Components.
- Practical experience with Salesforce APIs and web services.
- Experience creating or maintaining Salesforce permission sets, custom objects, and platform configurations.
- Experience working with Salesforce managed packages and external systems.
- Experience developing or supporting REST API integrations.
- Understanding of integrations across upstream and downstream enterprise systems.
- Experience debugging and resolving issues in production environments.
- Experience working with databases and writing complex queries for investigation and troubleshooting.
- Experience using Azure DevOps, Git, or comparable source-control systems.
- Experience delivering solutions in an Agile and CI/CD environment.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and software engineering practices.
- Ability to participate effectively in code reviews.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed engineering, QA, and business teams.
- Ability to manage assigned priorities and meet agreed deadlines.
- Availability to work shifted hours, either 10:00 to 19:00 CET or 11:00 to 20:00 CET, with approximately four hours of daily overlap with US Central Time.

- Experience with Certinia CPQ.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM functionality.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and integrations.

- Familiarity with the Agile SAFe framework.
- Understanding of Salesforce performance optimisation and tuning.
- Experience working with several interconnected Salesforce or PSA teams.
- Salesforce or Certinia certifications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, customise, and support solutions built on Salesforce and Certinia PSA.
- Work with the existing Certinia PSA implementation and support the full PSA business lifecycle.
- Analyse existing functionality and deliver enhancements across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce customisations.
- Independently troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues in production environments.
- Analyse integration flows between Salesforce, Certinia, and upstream and downstream enterprise systems.
- Design, build, and support REST API integrations, including environments where MuleSoft is not used.
- Work with Microsoft Azure-based systems and services within the broader integration landscape.
- Analyse data and write complex database queries for development, investigation, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in application architecture planning and help identify scalable, maintainable, and efficient solutions.
