With operations in over 56 countries, proprietary soil intelligence, and strong momentum across Latin America, Biome Makers is scaling rapidly to meet growing demand from agriculture and sustainability-driven organizations.As inbound demand grows globally, we are hiring a Junior Inbound Sales Representative to qualify, route, and convert inbound interest into revenue while supporting our global commercial team.Location: Spain or LATAM (remote job)Role OverviewThis role is the first commercial touchpoint for inbound leads globally. The Junior Inbound Sales Rep will qualify inbound requests, conduct initial discovery, and route opportunities to the appropriate regional or segment owner.This is an ideal role for someone early in their sales career who wants exposure to complex B2B sales, global markets, and sustainability-driven solutions, with a clear path to promotion.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to and qualify inbound leads from website, events, campaigns, and partnersConduct initial discovery calls to assess fit, urgency, budget, and use caseRoute qualified opportunities to the correct: Regional sales owner // Segment lead (CPG, Ag Inputs, Labs, Retail, etc.) Maintain accurate data in HubSpotSupport inbound-driven deals through: Scheduling demos // Following up on stalled leads // Assisting with proposals and pilots (as needed) Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on: Lead quality // Campaign effectiveness // Common objections and questions Meet or exceed monthly MQL-to-SQL and booking targetsRequired Qualifications0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing rolesStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable speaking with technical, scientific, or operational stakeholdersHighly organized and process-drivenAbility to learn and explain non-transactional, data-driven solutionsComfortable working across global time zonesFluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)Preferred QualificationsPortuguese fluency (strongly preferred)Experience using HubSpot or another CRMExposure to B2B SaaS, Ag-Tech, or sustainability solutionsExperience qualifying leads for mid-market or enterprise salesWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary + commissionClear career path to: Business Development Manager // Account Executive // Strategic Partnerships roles Direct exposure to global customers and senior sales leadership Remote-first, flexible work environmentMission-driven company focused on regenerative agriculture and sustainabilityWhy This Role MattersThis role ensures that inbound demand is qualified, routed correctly, and converted efficiently, allowing senior sales reps to focus on complex, high-value opportunities.
