We're Hiring: Project Manager Business Development – SpainJoin LTH-Baas, a leading player in the marine and offshore industry, as we expand our presence in SpainLea atentamente toda la información sobre esta oportunidad y luego utilice el botón de solicitud de abajo para enviar su CV y su candidatura.We're looking for a skilled Project Manager Business Development to drive strategic growth in navy shipbuilding and offshore platform construction.This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of innovation, defense, and offshore engineering.Location: Cadiz, SpainIndustry Focus: Navy & OffshoreKey Responsibilities:Develop and execute business development strategies targeting navy shipbuilding and offshore platform building in SpainResponsible for the projects as Project ManagerIdentify new business opportunities aligned with navy and offshore in SpainAct as primary commercial interface with:Spanish Navy shipyard procurement offices and technical directoratesOffshore shipyardsPublic agencies, suppliers, port authorities, and classification societiesBuild long-term relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and technical stakeholdersRepresent the company in high-level meetings, industry forums, and defense/offshore exhibitionsLead opportunity qualification, bid/no-bid decisions, and capture planningCoordinate preparation of RFI, RFQ, and RFP responses for navy and offshore projectsEnsure proposals are compliant with offshore regulations, and contractual requirementsSupport pricing strategy, risk assessment, and commercial negotiations.Identify and develop strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and consortiumsSupport managing the projects in SpainEnsure all business development activities align with compliance and ethics standardsAct as a bridge between customers and Estonia HQ (engineering, management, procurement, legal, finance)Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to support product and service roadmap decisions.Provide regular reports to senior management on strategy execution and market positioning.Requirements:Project Management skillsEngineer backgroundWhat We Offer:* A dynamic and international work environment* Key role in a strategic market with high growth potential* Competitive compensation package* Company culture built on trust, collaboration, and innovation* Opportunity to represent LTH-Baas at major industry events* Direct impact on business decisions and growth strategyWe're seeking a professional with a strong network, strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills to represent our company in high-level environments.Ready to take the lead in Spain's naval and offshore development? xohynlm Apply now or reach out directly for more info
