Siendo esta una unidad de negocio de reciente creación, la persona seleccionada participará en la definición y establecimiento de los procedimientos necesarios para su definitiva implantación y crecimiento dentro del plan de negocio de la empresa. Gestionará igualmente las incidencias de calidad de producto y su reporte, gestión y resolución. Entre otras funciones deberá: Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento del servicio verificando que se cumplan los estándares de calidad establecidos Gestionar las posibles incidencias y defectos de producto Establecer contacto con empresas instaladoras para el desarrollo de la red de partners Impartir formación técnica a la red sobre el producto Mantener contacto con los clientes durante todo el proceso para realizar el seguimiento del servicio Desarrollar las herramientas necesarias para impulsar la cifra de negocio del departamento para la consecución de los objetivos marcados por la empresa. El puesto requiere: Formación técnica , preferiblemente Técnico Superior en Sistemas Electrotécnicos y Automatizados. Experiencia profesional en configuración y diseño de sistemas de control, IoT, uso de plataformas web, así como de redes y conectividad, adquirida gestionando servicios similares en empresas fabricantes de material eléctrico/ electrónico o de telecomunicaciones. Alto nivel de conocimientos del idioma inglés. Se valorarán conocimientos e implementación de la norma ISO9001. Buscamos un profesional orientado a resultados, capaz de trabajar con autonomía e iniciativa y con potencial de desarrollo para poder asumir funciones de creciente nivel de responsabilidad. La retribución se determinará en función de las aportaciones y la experiencia de la persona contratada.
