You can explore our job opportunities at acertto.es.We are hiring Customer Service Specialists (French Native Speakers) to join a growing international Customer Experience hub in Valencia . In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for customers and service providers, delivering high-quality support across phone and digital channels and contributing to service quality and customer satisfaction.What you'll doHandle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels in a timely and professional mannerProvide clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented support to customers and service providersMonitor service quality , identify issues, and take corrective actions when neededFollow defined processes and best practices while maintaining a high standard of serviceAccurately document interactions in the CRM and contribute to knowledge base updatesEscalate complex cases when necessary and collaborate with internal teams to ensure resolutionContribute to continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback and recurring issues with the teamWhat we're looking forNative French speaker (written and spoken) with excellent communication skillsMinimum 3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or concierge/conciergerie rolesStrong verbal communication skills and excellent writing abilitiesCustomer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of service quality and attention to detailAbility to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or sensitive situationsComfortable using digital tools, CRM systems , and support platformsEnglish proficiency is required ; Spanish is a plusWhat's offeredJoin a growing international customer service center in SpainA role where quality, communication, and customer satisfaction truly matterWork within a diverse and multicultural teamOpportunities for growth within Customer ExperienceCompetitive compensation and benefits packageInterested?
